Dengan googling akhirnya saya menemukan sebuah forum disitu dijelaskan bahwa eos 1000D bisa merekam video dengan software EOS Camera Movie Record yang disediakan oleh website Akhirnya saya mencoba download versi terakhir lalu saya install dan jalankan program tersebut.
Ternyata caranya sangat mudah, tinggal menyolokan kabel USB dari kamera ke pc lalu
jalankan program EOS Camera Movie Record maka live view/view finder kamera akan terlihat di program tersebut. Dan yang lebih asik lagi program tersebut freeware alias gratis.
Program EOS Camera Movie Record terbilang sangat mudah untuk dioperasikan, hanya tinggal mengklik "write" maka program akan merekam.
Jika ingin menghentikan rekaman klik "stop".
Biasanya pada setingan default hasil rekaman terdapat didesktop dengan nama "out". Pilihan "mode" akan mengikuti pada dial mode yg dipilih dikamera, misalkan dialmode "M" maka kita dapat mengatur speed,diafragma,iso dll pada software. Jadi tidak perlu susah payah mengutak atik kamera lagi.
Masih banyak lagi fitur yang disediakan di program tersebut. Dengan program tersebut kita bisa sedikit mencicipi DSLR berfitur video recording dengan kapasitas besar yaitu menggunakan hardisk PC, hahahaha. Selamat Berkarya!
kelemahannya disini harus menggunakan kabel data yg harus di colokan ke pc, kalau mau hunting video di luar kemungkinan juga tidak bisa .
